Ingredients

Drops:
Purified Water, Alcohol (30%; less than 0.02% alcohol per serving)

Capsules:
Plant-Based Cellulose Capsule

Herbal Ingredients:
• Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare)
• Mint (Mentha longifolia)
• Ginger (Zingiber officinale)
• Chamomile (Matricaria recutita)

The liquid drops may be absorbed slightly faster than the capsules. Because the natural herbal flavor is more pronounced in the liquid form, we recommend diluting the drops in a glass of water or juice before use.

Suggested Use

Capsules:
Take 1 capsule three times daily.

For additional support during periods of increased nausea, take 1–2 capsules every hour, as needed.

For motion-related nausea, take 2 capsules approximately 30 minutes before travel.

Drops:
Take 20 drops three times daily.

For additional support during periods of increased nausea, take 20–40 drops every hour, as needed.

For motion-related nausea, take 40 drops approximately 30 minutes before travel.

Dilute the drops in water or juice before use.
