Suggested Use

Age

Capsules:
Begin taking 1 capsule three times daily, starting one week before your expected menstrual cycle. During your period, take 1–2 capsules every hour, as needed.

Drops:
Begin taking 20 drops three times daily, starting one week before your expected menstrual cycle. During your period, take 20–40 drops every hour, as needed.

Gum

Capsules:
Take 2 capsules every two hours until the bleeding subsides.

Drops:
Take 40 drops every two hours until the bleeding subsides. Dilute the drops in water or juice before use.

Cell

Capsules:
Take 2 capsules three times daily.

Drops:
Take 40 drops three times daily.

Choose either the drops or the capsules, depending on your personal preference and convenience.
