Capsules

For prolonged menstrual bleeding, take 2 capsules, 3 times daily, beginning when bleeding has reduced to spotting.
For spotting between periods or heavy menstrual bleeding, take 2 capsules, 3 times daily, beginning when bleeding has reduced to spotting and continue until your next menstrual cycle begins.
For postpartum use, take 2 capsules, 3 times daily, beginning when bleeding has reduced to spotting or significantly decreased. Continue until the bleeding has stopped or until ritual immersion (mikveh), if applicable.

Drops

For prolonged menstrual bleeding, take 40 drops, 3 times daily, beginning when bleeding has reduced to spotting.
For spotting between periods or heavy menstrual bleeding, take 40 drops, 3 times daily, beginning when bleeding has reduced to spotting and continue until your next menstrual cycle begins.
For postpartum use, take 40 drops, 3 times daily, beginning when bleeding has reduced to spotting or significantly decreased. Continue until the bleeding has stopped or until ritual immersion (mikveh), if applicable.

Dilute the drops in water or juice before use.

You may choose either the drops or the capsules, depending on your personal preference and what is most convenient for you.
