Capsules:
Take 2 capsules three times daily, beginning during the spotting phase or as bleeding decreases. Continue until the bleeding has stopped or until menstruation resumes.

Drops:
Take 40 drops three times daily, beginning during the spotting phase or as bleeding decreases. Continue until the bleeding has stopped or until menstruation resumes.

Dilute the drops in water or juice before use.

Take 2 capsules three times daily, or approximately 30 minutes before breastfeeding or pumping.
